Participants submitting an abstract will be given preference to admission to the conference.
• Download the Abstract template.
The total length of the abstract must not exceed two pages letter format with 1 inch (2,54 cm) margins top and bottom, 0,75 inches (1,91 cm) margins left and right, including, if applicable, figures, acknowledgments and/or references. Check the spelling and grammar carefully. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific data will be reproduced as typed by the author.
- The scientific committee will decide on the acceptance of the abstracts and the form of presentation, taking into account the preference of authors wherever possible but also the balance of the program. Authors will be notified by email of abstract acceptance and the type of presentation.
- All presenters will be required to register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee. Presenters also need to meet their own travel and accommodation costs.
Contributed talks will be allocated 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
Invited talks will be allocated 25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
Posters will be displayed during the conference. Each poster will have a DIN-AO panel (width 841 mm x height 1189 mm) and the poster must fit within this area. Presenters are expected to stand by their posters and answer questions during the poster session.
